Harpo, Chico Zeppo and Groucho filmed the outdoor scenes here. Current track was build in 1934 and served as a temporary detention center for Japanese Americans before being sent to internment camps at the onset of WW2
The police station office scenes were shot here. One the terminal for the Pacific Electric Red Car trolleys. Building was built in 1905 and was once the tallest building west of Chicago.
Crane’s courthouse in The Dark Knight Rises in the scene in which Dr. Crane (aka Scarecrow) holds court against Bane’s enemies. Also filmed here were Catch Me If You Can, Blade Runner, Seabiscuit, Pearl Harbor and Hail Caesar. As long as you are here, visit Olvera Street and have a French Dip Sandwich at Philippes!
The Vista theatre is where Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette’s characters first meet. The theater opened in 1923 on what was once the set of D.W. Griffith's silent epic Intolerance.. Also filmed here were Get Shorty and Cafe Society
The airship hanger where Nigel tells Austin "Test results have confirmed that you've lost your MOJO and it couldn't have come at a worse time". The US Navy had 3 airship hangers built in the 30's on the west coast... Moffet Field, Tillamook and Tustin!
