Picture A Laurel and Hardy film where they play 2 movers that have to get a piano up an incredibly long set of stairs. Despite multiple interruptions then almost get to the top when the piano rolls back to the bottom. The audience, no doubt, went hysterical! Mostly open lots in 1932, now it is built up on both sides

27 Blade Runner - 1982
Picture Filmed in the most beautiful building in LA. Built in 1893. Harrison Ford's character climbs up the stairs with Darryl Hannah looking for the toymaker. At filming, the site was in disrepair, so it didn't take a lot to make it look bad. In beautiful condition now :)
