The singer from the Group Kansas lives in Savannah. Occasionally he'll sing with Bucky And Barry at the outdoor music venue for wild wings. He sang "Dust in the wind"!

I'm IN the Savannah Airport. It is legal to carry a gun on this side of the line but I'd better not have one on the other side! :D

Had to throw this one in. A few days later I flew back to Seattle. Remember that I am inside the AIRPORT! On the side of the sign I am standing, it is perfectly legal to carry a concealed handgun. I quickly moved to the other side of the sign where I felt fully protected! :D

And a burger. There is a great sandbar at the beach here that seemed to stretch 1/4 mile into the ocean and smattered with people. Would have loved to try it out but just had my cycling shorts. :(

Muddy beach with lots 'o driftwood. All beaches in the Low Country are muddy due to the brackish swamps behind the beaches, that are filled and drained with each tide.

Large beautiful bleached driftwood collects here for a photographers dream. Like all "Low Country" beaches, it is muddy rather than sandy.

Due to the hurricane that pelt the Georgia Coast over the years, there are many abandoned island houses.
