Leave one car in Fall City near the bridge (Lazy float destination) and park the other up river at the Snoqualmie Falls lower parking lot (Start point). 
They offer a convenient parking lot and shuttle bus from Fall City, WA to the launch point on the river. You can also rent tubes there. Lot is across the river near the roundabout. www.fallcityfloating.com
The water is calm about 1000 from the base of the falls.
Oviously the tubes are defalted on arrival. Expect 30 minutes to manually inflate each tube or bring an electric inflater that plugs into your car lighter

This is the view up river towards the falls. You can see the Plant 2 Hydroelectric station (1910). Further up is Plant 1 (1899) the worlds first completely underground Hydroelectric Plant!
