Savannah holds the title as the most haunted city in the US. In the early days, when they found a body, they usually buried people in the spot they died in. All new digs inevitable find skeletons. The main cemetery they do have, the Colonial Park Cemetery on Abercorn St. was once much bigger, but they needed. Space for houses, so they just built over the graves!
