Don't know if "Colorful" is a good measure of fine dining but it definitely applies here. Best Tacos I've had outside LA and Mexico. It's just a trailer run by a Mother Daughter team. Check on instagram (wearexochi) if they are open. Try the Tinga or Encebollados tacos.
