There is a parking lot that you need to pay for parking at nearby. You can pay on your phone. 
Gas was cheap - they used what was in the tank already. The Electric Bot company was about a 10 minute drive from our house in South Lake Union.
My father rented an electric boat for his friends on Lake Union. It looked like a blast! They brought their own food and drinks and took turns being Captain. Also, the Standard Boat they had could fit 10 people and was $125/hour.

They tied up near the park on Lake Union and jumped off the bridge a few times. Lucky boys!
