The Savannah School of Art and Design (SCAD) has many campuses. This one on Tattnall had a bike rack with a wheel locked to it. The rest of the bike had been stolen so they kept it locked to the rack as a reminder. First saw it in April 2016. It was still there when I left

The Ticket gets you admission to the museum, The Telfair Academy (portraits) next door, and the Owens Thomas House. Owens Thomas was once the best house in the USA as it was the first to have indoor plumbing. Lafayette gave a speech from the balcony in 1825
