Forrest Gump Bus Stop
This is where the bench was that Forrest Gump was waiting for a bus while he told his story in the Movie. Most of the movie was filmed in Savannah and it's surrounds. The original bench is in the Smithsonian. My nephews and son posed for the pic on a make believe bench. Fun Fact: this is a 1 way street going to the right. In the move, the bus goes to the left! Hollywood Movie magic!!!
