The Anointing Stone
Jesus was laid here after taken down from the Cross. Mt Calvary is up the Steps. Since I was a kid it's always had rose water on it. Great smell!

Sepulcher Entrance
Spot where Jesus was buried. This is the center piece if the 2 dome basilica. Back end of the tomb is run by the Coptics, where you can reach in and touch the original stone. Front end with the laying stone is shared by the Catholics and the Greek Orthodox. Not a problem during Easter as one sect is on the Gregorian calendar, the other is Julian so they don't coincide!
